This year’s theme, “Sharing is Caring,” invites reflection on how sharing resources, knowledge, and spaces can make our field fairer, more sustainable, and better connected.

m2act is not looking only for “finished productions,” but for projects that are currently in development. The call is aimed at professionals who wish to experiment with new working methods, promote social responsibility, and build networks of mutual support. Whether through co-creation, circular economy models, or new approaches to dance education, the goal is to create a positive long-term impact.

The call offers:

• Financial support: contributions for the development of pilot projects

• Networking: access to a national network of experts and cultural professionals

• Advisory support: strategic guidance during project implementation

• Visibility: presentation of results via the m2act platform

The call is open to individual artists, collectives, organisations, and institutions working in the performing arts (dance, theatre, performance) in Switzerland. It represents a valuable opportunity for the dance scene in peripheral regions to bring local perspectives into a national context.

Applications must be submitted by 2 March 2026. The application process is straightforward and focuses on the quality of the idea and its feasibility.
