With over 500 performances, 600 dance classes and 20 dance film screenings, the festival offered a variety of genres, from contemporary to hip hop to traditional dance.

Dance blossomed in countless outdoor locations, from parks and pedestrian zones to theater stages. Regional dance schools and artistic interventions invited people to join in, while touring companies enriched the country. The togetherness of all age groups and disciplines was celebrated, with rousing shows and interactive workshops for both hearing impaired and hearing people.

The next edition of Tanzfest is planned for May 14th to 18th, 2025.
