Tanzhaus Zurich has announced its new management for the 2026/2027 season. Lisa Letnansky and Guillaume Guilherme will succeed Catja Loepfe, who is stepping down after more than a decade in this role.

The future co-directors are committed to a combination of continuity and renewal. At the heart of their vision is the further development of the participatory model “Kompliz:innen” developed by Lisa Letnansky, the strengthening of the digital presence, the expansion of the audience, sustainability, and an empathetic and collaborative work culture. Their motto: “Move and be moved” – a dance house in motion that moves the city.

Lisa Letnansky, a trained Germanist and dramaturge at the Tanzhaus since 2024, has been closely connected to Zurich's independent scene for many years and is active in various promotion and cultural policy platforms. Among other things, she is co-founder of the artFAQ platform for advising and professionalizing cultural professionals. Guillaume Guilherme, a dancer and curator with Brazilian-Swiss roots, worked at Tanzhaus Zurich for many years before moving to Südpol Lucerne, where he has been head of performing arts since 2023. Guilherme has strong connections in the national dance scene and is involved in projects promoting inclusive and participatory education.
